MDCAT Total Marks & Passing Marks
The NUMS Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) has a total of 150 marks, with the passing criteria set at 100 marks out of 150. In addition to the NUMS entry test, it is mandatory to pass the National MDCAT with a minimum of 50%. The passing percentage for MBBS admissions is 55%, and for BDS admissions, it is 50%. It’s worth noting that the majority of students have successfully passed the NUMS entrance exam. Any student who fails to pass the first Professional in BDS or the first and second Professional in MBBS in four attempts shall be expelled according to PM&DC policy.
