The government has unveiled the Hajj Policy 2024, wherein the Hajj package for each pilgrim has been reduced by one hundred thousand rupees. The Hajj package for Karachi, Quetta, and Sukkur stands at PKR 1,165,000 without Qurbani, while for Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Faisalabad, and Sialkot, the cost is PKR 1,175,000 without qurbani. These packages include organized transportation, facilitating pilgrims’ movement between holy sites. Additionally, the guidance from scholars is a notable feature, with packages often incorporating scholars or guides who provide religious insights, answer queries, and ensure that pilgrims perform the rituals accurately.
