What are the Passing Marks for NUMS MDCAT?
The MDCAT test consists of 150 multiple-choice questions and lasts for 3 hours. It is a paper-based test with no negative marking. To gain admission to a medical college, a minimum of 55% is required, while for dental college, the minimum pass mark is 50%. On September 1st, 2024, NUMS conducted the MDCAT test simultaneously in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Only the MDCAT (NUMS) held on 01 September 2024 is valid for admission in MBBS/BDS Session 2024-25.
