PM Laptop Scheme Merit List 2025
PM Laptop Scheme Merit List 2025 will be announced on 29 June 2025.The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan announced its PM Laptop Scheme provincial merit list on June 28, 2025. Candidates can view the List of Eligible Universities for the PM Youth Laptop Scheme via https://laptop.pmyp.gov.pk. Universities have also made available the merit statistics of students on the official notice boards, on the university’s site, and on social media platforms with identified Student Focal Persons (SFPs). Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2025
Students who are enrolled in various degree programs in public sector universities as well as institutions that confer degrees are eligible to apply for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2025. The laptops are given in accordance with merit to students who are enrolled in public sector institutions that are recognized as such by the HEC. Students must complete the initial screening process to allow confirmation the authenticity of their records in academics including transcript and degree information. Students must contact their institution’s coordinator for any questions or concerns pertaining to the process of applying.
Who is Eligible for Prime Minister Laptop Scheme
Students who fulfil the following criteria are eligible to participate in the laptop scheme for PM students in 2025. Students who were enrolled in a degrees programs before when the admission date specified in the table is not qualified. The date of completion (end day) that the award is issued is automatically adjusted by the system.
- You must have a residence in any district in Punjab.
- Students must enrolled in PhD/ MS/ MPhil or equivalent 18-year program
- For Public Sector Universities / Colleges (Minimum of 65% Marks in Intermediate)
- For Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges / University (Minimum of 80% Marks in Intermediate)
- The student must not be participant in any laptop program.

The deadline to file objections or making corrections is July 4th 2025. Students have already received laptops under any prior or current scheme(s) or Phase(s). If there is a discrepancy you should get in touch with the university’s central person. Merit Status means that the student’s Record is under processing for Merit List.
