General Election Duty Payment 2024 is released today 07 February 2024 by the government of Pakistan. As per a report by the division The Finance Division has issued an additional Rs17.4 billion to the ECP on top of the Rs10 billion already credited to the ECP for the country’s general elections scheduled for February 2024.

The public was assured on Monday by the acting minister of communications Murtaza Solangi, who said that everything was working as planned and that there isn’t a problem with finances that would prevent voting scheduled on the 8th of February to take place. He stressed that the funds authorized would be released in line with the ECP’s requirements, despite statements to the contrary from the media.

The minister of information, the caretaker, Murtaza Solangi, stated that on Monday, he was able to assure the public that the process of preparing for the elections on February 8 is going smoothly and not hindered by any financial issues.
